Realisation – a residential facility and an office building on Sielecka street in Warsaw
This residential and office building is located in Mokotów district in Warsaw. In each building there is a lobby with a reception desk as well as commercial and service units. Unocom was responsible for the implementation of electrical and teletechnical installations (including access control, camera, CCTV system), and the fire protection.
In areas intended for office units we have realised the fit-out (including mobile walls and the kitchen) as well as the plumbing system.
